A note on substitution:

While we strive to provide the exact dinner that you order, there are times when last minute substitute is necessary.

In addition to our standard protocol to ensure food safety and fresh ingredients, challenges to the food supply chain remain: everyday, our chefs have to juggle and make executive decisions with the goal to provide the best food experience possible to you with the ingredients that are delivered fresh. Sometimes, not everything arrives as planned or not up to our quality standard. When that happens, you will find a substitute that resemble as closely to the meal that you ordered as possible.

What if I need to cancel or skip a delivery?

Please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time: email hello@dinner-ready.com, text or call our customer happiness team: 800.988.8912

Here are some interesting food facts for your consideration:

On average, consumers waste 25% of their food individually, which typically ends up in landfills, creating 13% of methane emissions. Methane is a particularly harmful greenhouse gas.

A fourth of the earth’s greenhouse gases are caused by the world’s food system which includes food production, raising and harvesting, processing, packing, and transportation

You don’t have to go vegan to help the planet, and though plant based foods are the most eco-friendly option, eating less red meat and less dairy has a large impact on your carbon footprint.
