Do you offer Vegetarian options?
Yes, whenever possible we offer a Vegetarian option. Simply check the box “Make it Vegetarian” before clicking “Add To Cart.”
Why can't I pay with PayPal?
Sorry, due to the high transaction fees, we no longer offer PayPal as an option.
Where does Dinner-Ready deliver?
We currently serve central Marin - Sausalito to South Novato and west to Fairfax. If you are outside of the range, please email us of your location and we will notify you when we expand our service to your area.
How much does it cost? what are the portions?
Cost per meal starts at $20.99-$26.99.
Currently 4 sizes are offered: 1 adults, 2 adults, 3 adults = 2 adults + 2 kids, 4 adults = 2 adults + 4 kids.
Kids' portion is for children under 10. Portion for an adult is ~10-12 oz. (sometimes, you may find a little extra; well, that means our chef is super happy that day!)

How do I check my order history?
Create an account and it will have information on which days that you've ordered to help with your planning.
What is contactless delivery?
We leave the meal in a container at your doorstep and ring the doorbell. To make things simple, please leave a chair, bench or cooler outside your front door.
Do you offer centralized pickup?
We have not yet launched centralized pickup option and in the process of collecting info on preferred location. Please email us at hello@dinner-ready.com if you have a suggestion for location.
What comes with each delivery?
We deliver a family style meal with a main dish, and sides. We avoid plastic containers whenever possible and we will be moving to compostable and reusable containers as business grows.
We sometimes deliver meals flash-chilled (cold to touch), simply warm a few additional minutes and enjoy!
When are the delivery days?
We deliver on selective weekdays and weekends. We notify new menu via email or text during weekends so that you can conveniently plan out your healthy dinner deliveries for the upcoming weeks. You can select your preferred 30min time slots and we will try our very best to accommodate.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Please contact us at hello@dinner-ready.com or text/call 800.988.8912 and let us know where we should leave the delivery.
Who cooks the meals?
We partner with local licensed kitchens and chefs who aim to please with farm fresh ingredients. Majority of them are women-owned and/or minority-owned and share the care for our environment.
How fresh are the meals?
Our dinners are handmade hours before delivery for an incredibly fresh, delicious taste.
How long does it take to heat up the meal?
Meals are all made earlier in the day - simply heat up for 3min in your microwave and serve. Alternatively, you can use oven as well.
A note on substitution:
In addition to our standard protocol to ensure food safety and fresh ingredients, challenges to the food supply chain remain: everyday, our chefs have to juggle and make executive decisions with the goal to provide the best food experience possible to you with the ingredients that are delivered fresh. Sometimes, not everything arrives as planned or not up to our quality standard. When that happens, you will find a substitute that resemble as closely to the meal that you ordered as possible.
